Week 3 2017 NFL Picks Against a 10-Year Old

It was a Dallas Cowboys special for us this week as 3 of us went 8-8. But that was good enough to win the week. Uncle J has taken a commanding lead at 16-14-1 on the young season.

The Kid has struggled out of the gate, but he's got time to turn it around.

You know, my original title of this page said "5-year-old" instead of "10-year-old." I can't believe it's been that long since we've been picking games.

Week 1 wasn't spectacular for us here at the Cheap Seats, but at least one of us came out ahead.

Week 1 2017 NFL Picks Against a 10 Year Old...We're Back!

It's that time of year again! The weather is cooling, baseball teams are chasing after pennants, Kevin Sumlin is mismanaging the clock, and the NFL is back!

Uncle J won his first Cheap Seats Pick 'Em Contest last year, and he's off to a good start already this year, as he was the only one of us to predict that Alex Smith would outperform Tom Brady.

I had a little bit more to add, but my car died today so I spent the day being shuttled around getting it fixed. It all worked out though. The repairs weren't too costly, and having a serpentine belt die allowed my mechanic to see that my brakes were about to go out.

See, it's just a happy time of year. But enough about me, lets get to the games....
